How does the 2-month free trial work?
Your first 2 months are free. If you cancel your plan within 2 months of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account later on in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 2 month trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Do I have to sign a long contract?
No one likes being locked into something they don't want anymore. You can cancel at any time by clicking a “cancel” button from within your account, no questions asked. There are no setup or termination fees either.

Is there anything to install?
No, the client portal runs on our server instead of your computer, so there is nothing to download or install. As long as you have an internet connection, you, your clients and your affiliates can access the Client portal from any computer, windows, mac, smartphone or ipad.

Are there any hidden fees or secret prices?
We believe everyone is entitled to the best price we can offer. Our prices are public, published right on our site, and the same no matter who you are.

Do I need to worry about the security of my data?
Security is our number one priority. We use the same security encryption (128-bit) that banks use. Client Data Protection is required by law. Your data is stored in a US datacenter, encrypted, backed up daily and protected by armed guards.

What is a client status portal?
The portal provides a professional, organized face for clients & affiliates. Clients receive automatic status updates and they can log in PC, ipad or smartphone to see their accounts professionally organized and up to date status of each account (saving you hundreds of unnecessary calls).
